• One 16 oz can pork and beans in tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 med. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.

Makes 3 cups or 6 servings.
