Al’s custom cooking rig can be brought right to your location and features all the equipment necessary for cooking. This rig meets food service regulations - including the proper certifications and health inspections.

• 4 dvd screens for product demontrations
• Self contained with generator and potable water
• Food can be served from the rear acess door or any one of 4 roll up doors
• Complete sound system
• Walk on roof for public anouncements or event veiwing

Food and drinks are served directly to the public from the back section of the cooking rig.

Cooking rig contains 3 sink washing area as well as a hand washing station. This rig is set up to meet all standards for food service.
